Partysu III will officially be remembered as the world's fastest fumbling of a game I've seen to date. to put it shortly: the game is fine from floors 1-48, it'd be somewhere around an 8. floors 49 and 50 make the game considerably and irredeemably worse, undoing all the fun the previous floors contained. I've never been so shocked at a game's sudden horrendousness that it felt unreal. I've never had the experience of witnessing a game become so insanely terrible within such a short timespan. I had honestly considered not giving a quality rating because of how difficult it would be to settle on a realistic, fair and accurate score. instead, I've given it the middle ground - between 1.5 and 8.5
floors 1-48 truly are somewhat fun, with only some rare hiccoughs that are passable fairly quickly with little annoyance. however, something about the insulting nature of the balancing makes even these floors not play too well. the game likes to follow very difficult saves by pitifully easy saves. be it to make fun of you or to put you through some sort of rollercoaster of emotions, it isn't very enjoyable. of course, the difference between these floors and 49+50 is a blatantly stark contrast, so this issue will easily become minute after clearing the game
additionally, there exists a required dplane due to poor needle design. need I say more?

Pretty good 50f jtool needle game. It can be a bit rough at times but it was very enjoyable overall, however floor 49 save 2 is way way harder than the rest with every two jumps being quite precise, I honestly thought of quitting here. (Also the last jump of the intended route of floor 45 is impossible so you have to do a dplane, which is less bruh than what it sounds considering that the save is super short but still). It's also a good contender for best soundtrack for fangames, I swear it has only bangers.

Really fun 50-floor needle game. Starts off at a moderate difficulty but quickly ramps up by the 30s. The difficulty curve is pretty rocky, but nothing gets harder the end anyway so it's not too big a deal. The aesthetic changes every three floors, like Crimson Needle, except for the last two which each have their own. All the graphics are nice and the music is relaxing. Recommended for advanced needle players.
