Tough, but really fun needle game built around awkwardly precise interesting jumps. Honestly, I don't find the Archfoe series' design to have much of an identity of its own (The only similarity they share is their jumps' awkwardness, but that also applies to many other needle games), so the idea of making a game that follows their 'style' feels weird to me (The visuals and the music choice were spot-on, though). Leaving that aside, this game is great. The difficulty is relatively consistent through the entire game, with a few saves that stand out for being relatively easy, but none that stands out for being too hard. The saves are individually well balanced as well, with all of their jumps sharing similar degrees of difficulty or their hardest jump being the very first one (Except for the last save, whose hardest jump is unfortunately the last. Eww). The visuals are pretty nice, the music is nice and the death sound is low (If you ignore the first few seconds of the music).
I liked it quite a bit. Would definitely recommend.

Paying homage to the famous Archfoe needle series, this game integrates elements/jumps from said series while adding a touch of the creator's unique style of needle. From the beginning, the player is tasked with completing very difficult jumps that are all but conventional. Yes, some normal jumps appear here and there, but the Archfoe atmosphere mixed with the creator's unique design makes every save difficult to figure out and satisfying to clear. Other than some issues pertaining to save balance (for me at least, some saves took forever whilst others took a maximum of 5 minutes) and difficulty balance (some jumps/saves were a bit too precise for my taste), the game was fun to play and definitely motivates me to start the Archfoe series soon.
Needle:
Insanely difficult. Some saves (might) require 1-framing and or (again, might) cancelling while other saves test your align knowledge and your 2nd jump timings. The game flows well in terms of difficulty with few humps and dips along the way and some saves will definitely take a while if you're not experienced enough.
The first screen flows well; aside from the 5th save being a bit too precise with a (I think) required 1-frame and a max-vspeed drop into a nerfed ledge, I felt like nothing was too unfair or grindy enough to frustrate me.
The second screen was probably my favorite, we see a small increased usage of water in some of the saves and the screen overall felt nice to clear. There is a squished diag skip I would recommend taking towards the end of the screen, skips what I believe to be a frame-perfect rejump followed by a drop into a spike gap + fulljump
The third screen would've been my favorite if it wasn't for the 5th save; the drop wasn't too bad but learning the positioning for the platform hop and the frame inputs after was very frustrating. Overall it was a save that I wasn't too fond of because of its seemingly frame-perfect precision (at least with the last jump into the 16px) The rest of the screen was very fun and had some very unique jumps that were very fun to do (the weird sphincter onto the platform was probably my favorite jump).
Overall, it's a very challenging but fun game. While I had some issues with the balance, the satisfaction that came with clearing each save/screen really trumped that frustration. I'll never love screen 3 save 5 though, fuck dat. Would definitely recommend to veteran needle players/players with a lot of patience. Otherwise, I'd get better at needle before trying this nice and difficult challenge.

One of the hardest clears in a while and enjoyed every moment of it. Played and beaten this a while ago but just forgot to make a review. The game is heavily based on the Archfoe series and it really is a good rendition of that classic series. All the jumps are unique, although very hard and actually harder than most of the Archfoe games but that doesn't stop it from being very enjoyable. If you like hard needle and want a good challenge, then this is one of the games to play.

This game was absolutely incredible and definitely gives the Archfoe series proud. There was only 1 save in this game that was in my opinion harder than anything else and that was the he last save of the first screen. I honestly wished this game had align markers for people who don't know aligns well to ensure the only mistake user is making is jumping errors. Otherwise, I highly recommend playing this.
