Makedounia embraces their love for neon aesthetics with barcode vines and goes on to produce yet another fantastic, butter-smooth needle game. My only complaint is that there is no trademark required setup squished diagonal.

A few jumps were less than enjoyable, but otherwise this is a pretty solid needle game.

To be honest, this was a really fun experience. I wasn't expecting much based on name and title screen, but that's what I get for judging a book by its cover, now I look like a dumbass. The platforming is all very satisfying and there were only a few jumps here and there which gave me pause for concern. The difficulty throughout the game stays static until the fourth stage where it picks up a tad; however, this difficulty increase seems noticeable only in the second save of each screen which is rather peculiar. The aesthetic is excellent, adding quite a bit to my enjoyment of the game.
I would highly recommend this to anyone with a bit of time on their hands. Best the Needle 4 really is a great game.
