Nerfed screens from 3 Makers III's Kamilia area. The water screen is definitely the hardest, especially the second save.
After you beat the needle there's a buffed version of the regular final boss from Salt, which went unused as a test boss in Kamilia 2. I found it to be pretty easy, though the first attack sucks a lot because its the only true RNG dependant attack when the rest was fair.
After you beat the boss it sends you to the pre-Kamilia boss room except the entrance is blocked by demo blocks, but it autosaves incase you want to press R.

a strange continuation of K2, where instead of going the main path to the final boss in K2 M-stage, you continue upward to the DEMO block area (which is now no longer blocked off in this game). this leads you to three screens of subpar needle followed by a buffed version of the final boss of Salt. I have no idea why this exists or the story behind this game at all. it just seems like a couple of strange ideas strewn together. I suppose the boss is kinda fun, but that's hardly Kamilia's doing
