3 stages at first with corridor needle and an invert room.
3 more stages with a different obstacle that is not needle with one using a gimmick for a singular room.
Top is a pattern to avoid for maybe 4 song loops I guess and then it's done without warning.
Final is a ~1:30-2:00 avoidance with a few gibs with how sometimes the objets can suddenly stop.
Visuals aren't great with the dark ones.
Each stage / room has an item to collect to unlock the next part (except final).
