It is a basic easy difficulty. Each sprite is prepared. At the Gradius stage, I felt that it was great as I carefully considered the specifications in which the attack was strengthened each time the score rose above a certain level.

There were definetly put at least some effort into this, but a lot of it is just really poor and boring. Props for at least trying, there are some heart in this and that did come across when I played it.

I have not completed the game and these are first impressions. I would complete it, but i got stuck at the second stage with the light blue blocks in the second screen.
Game is fairly easy and low quality. The traps consist of invisible blocks and slow obstacles. The boss I encountered had attacks which were one color squares without an easy to see hitbox. Second stage does appear to have some interesting mechanics, but they are not utilized well.
Overall, i dont reccomend playing it, unless you want to give this game a better review than mine.
