The needle styles used throughout this game can be rather grindy at times, which will definitely turn some people off, but for me I quite enjoyed it. It's definitely rough around the edges, there's some stages that have kinda sudden difficulty spikes, but for the most part I enjoyed playing it especially with how much variety there is.
Seperation is a precision needle stage, has probably my favorite song in the game and I overall had a good time with it, there was some decently cool usage of vines. Venereal Cessation is maybe the most distinct stage, I enjoyed it although it's maybe the one I liked the least. Distortion was really fun in my opinion, likewise Flesh was also pretty good, but my favorite needle in the game was the final stage, Satisfaction. I really just love how things play here and despite being short and simple, it just feels really nice. The game ends with an optional avoidance, I'd definitely recommend playing it. It's a barrage fight clearly inspired by Semantic and it's quite good, also not too hard, it's like about as hard as the needle in my opinion. Overall I had a really nice time with this game, consider playing it if it looks fun.

Based on 100 % clear. EX avoidance was definitely the best part about this whole experience (not the hardest, hardest was some needle in main stages, that goes very dumb sometimes)

Separation was terrible—overwhelming song and visuals, and some pretty disgusting platforming—but I enjoyed almost everything else. Flesh was kind of meh; one save had a particularly disgusting drop, and a tight F-jump I disliked. (Edit: I was an idiot on the drop since I didn't see a block that would have made it way easier, rather than the align-dependent quadruple frame-perfect method I used...) Overall it's good, though.
