The non-extra is too easy for me to judge, but it's probably a good intro to L games for people who have never played one before.
The extra has... problems. The pathing is very unclear, due to the fact that there are actually two completely unnecessary saves. You can go directly from the first gravity flip arrow to the save that is below it simply by doing a (somewhat precise) jump out of the water tile that was used on the first save. I thought this was the intended method and ended up being very confused by the screen, lol. It isn't really that much harder than the main game otherwise. The squished diagonal save is probably the hardest, but it didn't take me that many deaths, so whatever.
