My first impression was an old version of nikaple engine, but it wasn't.
The things that stand out is the gimmicks in the miku room (changing kid hitbox and image to 1/2 and X2), looping rooms (like qoqoqo 300 291~300 floors), and the dancing kid sprite and the new kid running sprite.
Also features MaizeMusic dll which I never heard of it. Might worth checking out.
