Edit: In retrospect this was such a trainwreck, if you want to make a medley as your first game take a look at Mega Kid and reconsider... And why is this even marked as a maker review rather than Mega Kid's? Whatever, my original description is below...
Edit: I removed the dl link because a lot of content shown here doesn't exist in the game anymore. We might release another demo version at some point, not as rushed as this one. My original description is below
We finally released it! This is a demo of a medley game I wanna Slay Mega Kid consisting of 2 platforming stages and a boss which you can do in any order. Hope you like it! :)
P.S.: right now it has some known bugs that we will try to change as fast as we can, so if you want to get the best experience wait till we update the game

I just wanna remind you that all of this is just my opinion.
As 'groundbreaking' as they announced it in the trailers, this is actually not very well made.
It contains 2 stages and 1 boss. The boss is not that much of an issue to me. It's generic, but its pretty fine for the most parts. Can be unfair at a few spots though...
The first medley stage is the biggest issue of this demo. The entire first half is just not fun for me. The difficulty of the stage itself is also pretty high. ESP. the glorious-fragment avoidance. I could talk a hundred hours of how bad it is. The rest of stage 1 was mostly fine.
Stage 2 is overall fine, with just a few points i dislike. But there is also not very much to talk about.
So, in my opinion, the game is just okay. Definetely by far not as groundbreaking as the announced it...

This just doesn't stand out at all as a medley from the demo shown here. The design of the stages is really questionable while the screen picks are definitely better than most other medleys the design around them makes me very bewildered like 2 different people designed some screens. At one point it's a nice platforming with a gimmick thrown in and then suddenly another screen and it's nothing but generic diagonals and gates. The boss that is present is just boring and unimaginative, it's just boss then another boss then another boss, like bosses are supposed to be action packed and tied in, get mixed up with each other or doing attacks simultaneously, this just felt like it was a boring boss rush instead.

It's actually not bad as far as medleys go, but it still has its share of issues.
First, some of the screen picks are questionable and throw off the pace of the stages. There ended up
being some scrolling screens that took a while to beat and then the next screen took a few minutes.
Not to mention throwing in a random avoidance in the middle of stage 1, and not having one in stage 2.
The buffs as well are kinda weird and one in particular (The invisible spikes in bread) was just silly.
The boss is okay, though it felt kinda boring having to constantly shoot something in front of me while dodging bullets. Medley bosses should be constantly changing up the style and this one just felt samey throughout. The attacks were also kinda generic but it wasn't the worst boss i've ever played.
Overall, it's probably better than most medley games out there, though that isn't saying much. It's nice that they chose screens from actual good games instead of random needle games with brown blocks, or from conquer the blow game for the 50th time. It just feels really rough to play and not quite as smooth as I would like from The Medley Experience.
