Honestly pretty lackluster.
Stage 1 is a bunch of platform jumps with reasonably interesting pathing through saves, but was marred for me by the prevalence of 16px gaps. I know that they're part of the aesthetic here and all, but a nifty aesthetic doesn't actually make the needle feel any better to play. The first save of the second screen was the hardest thing in the game for me, which is pretty weird.
Stage 2 is a tutorial on jump heights. Incredibly easy and I don't really know why it's in the game.
Stage 3 is basic vine needle with atrocious visuals where the spikes blend into the background on basically every save. The design is also unnecessarily buffed with minispikes everywhere, further compounding the visual issues and making a drop on the penultimate save really uncomfortable to perform.
Overall this game feels like there's nothing really tying the three stages together beyond a vague ~artsy~ aesthetic and most of the needle itself is basic stuff that just happens to be unnecessarily complicated by visual issues or 16px spam. I wouldn't really recommend it.

Stage 1 is interesting, stage 2 seems too easy(to be honest, I was expecting catharsis water when I saw the effect in the middle of the screen), stage 3 has some vine jumps that feels kind of awkward for me.
