Mostly flying spikess and random split path screens if you want to choose your adventure.
There are secrets but don't think they are required for anything (only found 1 though).
Could have started with a different stage than the ice one.

Super easy short game with some random split paths, but that's about the most you can give it.
Other than that, just kind of walking through empty rooms and then ganked by a flyingspike, repeat x15, so not really even that engaging for a beginner.
