UPD: the file size is result of me keeping some engine assets in the game, nothing dangerous here. Sorry about that.
UPD2: The update which reduces size of the file is out, for detailed patchnotes check .txt file.

Despite the name, this game has nothing to do with Cirno.
Not much to say, I agree with the other reviews. The game reaches a baseline level of quality in that there's nothing truly offensive, but the pathing is uninteresting and the vines are all used in very basic ways. It's a respectable effort but not something I see myself replaying or recommending to others.

It's decent 9 screen vine needle.
I've found 50% of the vines pointless; vine usage is quite generic, and save balance is quite bad.
Also i've spent some time trying to find any secrets that would explain 102 mb folder but i didnt succed. Maybe it has some good coded miners that virustotal cant detect, not sure either.
