It's been 2 years since I played this for the first time So I update my review
I kept the original rating since those Likes were here for it
update1 : I quit playing this, this is just so bad and it made me mentally breakdown, it is so unbearable to have myself do a 2min-long intro for each attempt.
update2:good when playing practice but this game is 0/10 when grinding for clear.

Is Penger good?Yes absolutely.
Since inf-jump part it's extremely interesting and well balanced,and some RNG was very unique.Unfortunately The boring part(before inf-jump) is too long，and there were many attacks that can make wall easily.
The visual is OK, the music is OK, the design is OK, Sometimes a little boring but fun overall
shortcoming:
Idk why but Penger sometimes feels more like a slow-paced version of a mixture of K2w Bottomless abyss , mayumushi and Milky ways.It's not that special as some players praised
Irrelevant part:
I can't understand why some people gave their 10 ratings just after few hit-count mode or practice-tool playthroughs.Sorry but such reviews make no sense.You ignored some negative situations an avoidance may bring you. For example, maybe some RNG in the middle are unexpectedly hard. Or one attack in the middle is unexpectedly tough to get used to.You just can't feel it at all with just playing hit-count mode or practice tool!Please think twice before making reviews.

Fantastic avoidance, I love the flow of everything and it's exceptionally well balanced overall. Please try even if you aren't too good at avoidance, it comes with a hit counter and practice.

Extremely well made avoidance. Really good visuals, nice fit with the music. Attacks are all fun, and have the right amount of simplicity for the player to know how to approach and read stuff, but still feel like new and fresh ideas thanks to the sync with the music. Instead of locking everyone out of the fun, it comes with a hitcount mode and warps to try every attack in the fight, providing an extremely challenging fight that anybody can enjoy.

(old review) Pretty fun to play
(new review) played this game since release, it's very fun to play in practice or with hitcount but playing it in actual attempts is sooo boring. everything before infinite jump is just very annoying and the square attack can just throw you a wall. everything after is just chokable attacks. i don't recommend grinding this.

I have not cleared yet and probably will not lol. But it is extremely fun to play, the game has tools like hp mode and portals that you can go to certain attacks to practice, helps the grind out which I always like to see in avoidances.
All in all, I highly recommend anyone who likes avoidance/barrage to at least try this even if you are fresh off the street or a god.

For me, this is as close to perfect as an avoidance can get. Every single attack feels fair and every death is your own fault. And with every attack its 100% skill based which makes even the most ridiculous and difficult attacks in the avoidance incredibly fun and really satisfying to play. To top it all off, it has a built-in Hit Counter and Practice area to practice all the attacks. This sells an avoidance to me because I love playing certain attacks and having the ability to improve at them whenever outside of doing runs in the full avoidance itself. All in all, probably the best an avoidance will ever be to me (especially that inf-jump section, literally perfection I dont even know how its so good)
