Very cool gameplay and design, I love me a good cycle gimmick needle
The recycling of the screen layouts was pulled off really well, all stages feel distinct, with good support by the visuals
Boss could have been a bit harder

Very good gimmick stages followed by fun boss. Gimmicks are delivered nicely and they are quite unique. Can recommend

Pretty enjoyable game with a focus on gimmick needle and a boss at the end that summarizes those mechanics for the end. I liked a good part of it, though did feel as if it could use some improvements which I'll mention later.
The game is split into three main stages. The first involves a fire mechanic that burns the Kid upon touching it and will kill him after some time, so you have to use it to break wooden blocks and touch water before you die. It's cool but the timing seems incredibly tight and could have used nerfing a good bit. There's a gravity flipper stage but they also send you boosted in the initial direction first making it pretty unique, it's definitely the hardest stage of the 3 and the final save is pretty darn rough compared to the rest of the game. The last stage involves and ice block mechanic where icicles grow from them that kill you, so you need to shoot the block to remove them and open the path.
After those stages comes the boss, which uses gimmicks from the fire and ice stage to create a pretty interesting experience. I gotta say though, the second phase could sometimes be as hard as shit because you can get a cherry at the top multiple times in a row, this would often be the reason I died here. The final phase is really cool though and picks up the weight the second dropped. Besides the actual content, the game comes with some neat touches, such as crisp visuals and a tense atmosphere. For some reason, I had a lot of issues with the engine this came in, it made me almost feel motion sick as if it was running at a higher FPS than 50, which I can't say I like in a fangame.
Overall, definitely an interesting first game that certainly puts the makers on the radar. If you like gimmick needle then it's surely something worth trying.

Very cool little adventure, it's hard to believe it was made in just a week, the prod value and all.

Very good adventure game with a cool concept featuring the infamous butterfly effect at its peak. The three stages are really good, tho I have something to say for all three :
-the ice shards stay on the screen for too long and become distracting, that would be better if they immediately start fading.
-that's more an overall remark but the solid ceiling is annoying in one particular spot but in all stages, especially in the fire one where you have to hurry and is more conducive to mistakes.
-the gravity stage is imo the best but also the hardest, the final save especially is imo a bit too tight at the end and could benefit from being a bit more lenient on the final reverse drop.
The final boss is exactly what a final boss should be, with multiple phases that don't overstay there welcome and that use the gimmicks introduced through the game. To be honest I would have loved 1 or 2 more phases for an even more epic final, especially a phase with the gravity stage gimmick but that's nitpicking.

This game is awesome, the concept alone is great, you have to go through the same segment but with different gimmicks which drastically change the gameplay, I really love the gimmicks introduced, they are all so fun to mess with and led to some really fun sections. My favorite stage was probably the ice one but they are all really good. The final boss as well is a great send off and makes the game feel that much more complete, awesome stuff!
