The platforming is unremarkable, and i found the boss quite boring. The melancholic atmosphere of the game is done decently well at least, and the game looks nice in general.

needle then a boss
the needle is mainly long saves and has a few annoying saves (reminiscent of old needle games i think?) where you go through a third of the screen then save at a trigger then backtrack through that part of the screen
