Chromatic Wanderer is a multi-stage gimmick game that focuses on a single gimmick for each stage, before combining them all in the finale. The gimmick usage is pretty good; they don't feel shoved in at any point. I would, however, like to mention that there are a couple gimmicks that felt rather barren on their own and could have used something else to spice up the platforming.
While the platforming is good, and at times precise, I wouldn't really call it "needle," except for perhaps the first couple stages. Afterwards it becomes a lot less about spike placement and a lot more about puzzle platforming, with spikes playing only a minimal role. But hey, YMMV.
Would recommend this to players who like creative platforming with some thinking involved. Be warned that one gimmick is rather difficult compared to the rest (that being accelerating bounce blocks). That stage, and the final stage, are mostly why I've rated this 50 difficulty.

Solid easier gimmick needle experience.
I'm a fan of how open the design tended to be which felt like a good way to limit precision, but it did at times lend itself to way too much full jumping. The ideas are neat though some of the actual executions lacked at times. Still, it was fun and achieved what it set out to do and if you like easier, more relaxed needle this should do well.
