Chippy is an avoidance game that features something completely unlike the rest of the genre, both in terms of what you'll see visually but also all the design decisions under the hood as well. It's worth noting that the difficulty rating for this game is arbitrary due to what I'll explain later.
Chippy utilizes both 3d and 2d to create an interesting avoidance that blends them together very well. Sections flow extremely smoothly and it makes these dimensions feel intuitive and clear (it also even has an indicator for them just in case). This actually brings me to the second point of the game, everything about it is made to actually help the player have an enjoyable experience how they see fit. The game has a currency system that can be used for optional upgrades such as increasing your health or obtaining power-ups, basically turning it into a rogue-lite game. This allows for pretty much anybody to play and enjoy the game. If you're a veteran avoidance player you can aim for higher score ranks and get hitless, or if you don't even play fangames you can maximize your upgrade usage and aim to survive. The last thing I'll mention is that the avoidance most importantly is actually fun to play, it's not just fancy looks at all.
Overall, I honestly think this game outshines not only the avoidance genre but also stuff like Shapes n Beats. If this ever became a full-sized project with multiple levels I can easily see it selling high on Steam.

Absolutely deserves to be its own standalone game. Needs more than one level and people would be buying this.
