Upd. clear happened
20 deaths on final, so now i feel confident enough to write this.
I wanna memento-mori is a very interesting game. It has catching song, all attacks are very creative and fun to play. There's not much to say about the quality.
But this game has some serious problems:
1. Effects in this avoidance felt a bit like an overkill at some points. No doubt, they are very interesting, but it was very difficult to play this game consistently for the first few hours and i had to take constant breaks after 20 minutes of playing.
2. The "Light mode". Or, if we gotta be honest, lack of it. Game gives you an option to run the game on version with much less visual effects, compare to "Normal" version. But it feels like an overkill as well, somehow, because you literally get no effects at all. Should've saved some effects for the light mode, because it feels unfun to play.
3. The balance in this game is pretty good, game gets consistent, up until final... I didn't just mention the amount of deaths on final for no reason. They all were made in ~30 minutes. And, not gonna lie, final is stupidly hard.
Still this game feels enjoyable to play. Will give it a 8/10 for now, maybe i'll raise rating after the clear
