I made ooparts 3 because 1 and 2 sucked, and now I made this because o3 didn't age well.
I've been watching gmtk videos, playthrough of modern fangames and such to study level designs and it seems I still have lots of room for improvements, especially for needles.
Also, Reveal Spoiler Sorry about that.

I saw this game on Delfruit and felt compelled to fire up a fangame for the first time in ages. Respect to the maker, as I have enjoyed their previous games, and this one met the bar as well. This is a very well put together game. I really enjoyed the platforming, difficulty was reasonable and the rooms were interesting. There were a few secrets that were questionable in terms of accessing them, and some bosses with some questionable moments, but enjoyed the exploring all the game had to offer. The extra final boss is a bit much for me, but it is extra after all, so not going to get too upset over it.
Everyone else coming out of retirement to play the new big needle game, me coming out to play OOPARTS4...glad to see the maker is still going.

Rating based on true clear. Had a lot of fun, platforming has some genuinely great gimmicks, and bosses are simple, but fun to dodge. An easy recommendation from me. Only minus point I noticed is that the needle is a bit generic, even though the creator said that he tried to make the platforming modern-ish.

very good game, i had a lot of fun. some gimmicks are very well use, my personal highlight is level 6, and is not all corridor needle (there are some corridors still) but is a huge progress
some things that not affect my rating: the bosses sprites has to be like milanesas, the bigger the better, okay seriously some bosses like the third one are so small they're cute.
and things that affect my rating: stage 9 could have a better use of the timer triggers, they only activate a spike in front and that's it... there is a lot (okay not a lot, but there are many) odd jumps, random diamonds, random corners at the end of the saves only to make things harder, nd personally i'm not a big big fan of the "do half screen to activate a trigger or collect all keys to unlock a door at the start"
Overall, a big improvement over the other games. There are some parts that are "ugh", but it's a good game.

It's not a HAEGOE game when there's no reference of Reveal Spoiler Kappa. This review is based on main contents.
I played the pre-release version, and the game was already mostly finished, so I decided to be the tester and find the details maker missed. Overall it was a very good adventure with decent difficulty, which is rare to see nowadays. I can see HAEGOE tried to avoid corridor platforming, and it definitely shows. (But I personally wish there were more trolls and traps.)
The bosses are very good as well. Major highlight is boss 6, very dynamic with various attacks. Only drawback is, the later bosses was a bit underwhelming, compared to boss 6. But it didn't harmed the overall quality so I won't deduct the rating.
I really liked the ending credit as well.
Rating for the main game is 8.4 and difficulty is 55.
Death - 536, Time- 1h 57m 56s
Below is massive spoiler warning.
