I can tell that the maker really tried to make a good game, but its not, also this isnt in standard fangame engine im pretty sure and I don't really know why and you have to install the game? but keep at it maybe your next project will be good I can see the potential !

It's the Game and Wario segment from the collab "I wanna be the Zero Game," presumably uploaded separately by the guy who made that section.
Unlike in Zero Game, this is an endless game where you just try to complete as many rounds as possible (according to the readme, the creator has a high-score of 67).
Since it's almost directly from Zero Game, it has the same issues of unclear instructions.
Overall, it's still a decently fun way to spend 10 minutes every now and again.
