Game made by Dagger (https://web.archive.org/web/20140511041309/https://ch.nicovideo.jp/dagger0127/blomaga/ar373850), which he himself marked as Miruwana / みるわな - auto-fangames so to say.
You open up the game, the game turns on the full-screen, you see the image of Monoe-san that fades in and then fades out. She is a character from Yume Nikki from what I can tell. And after that the game closes down automatically. The 'gameplay' is like 3-5 seconds long.
There is also a readme that says 'モノ江さん is かわいい', which can be translated as 'Monoe-san is cute'.
Either Dagger played Yume Nikki, and thought it would be fun making this kind of Miruwana, or there was some local joke that we won't get nowadays.
I am giving this game 0.2, since it was a bit unexpected seeing game in full-screen and to see the fade in and fade out and automatic closure of the screen.
Other than that, I think you will have more trouble to download this game from Axfc rather than 'playing'. Free clear, anyway.

The kid has decided to try out OLD SPICE POWER, the ALL NEW bodywash to block off odors for 16 hours! little did he know, the complementary clock that came with the product is a ticking time bomb!!!!
Short'n (not so) sweet yepvoidance, probably the shortest out of them all! 5 second yepvoidance that consists of 2 attacks, a first one, in which many shampoo bottles get thrown around the screen and stay there for a couple of seconds, bouncing around, and a second one, in which the clock at the centre explodes generating a barrage of hundreds of cherries.
Surviving the initial brust is the hardest part of the avoidance and takes some luck, the rest is just not messing up and surviving the slower projectiles. This took me less than 5 minutes, but can definitively take much more if you mess up after the first burst or get unlucky for long time with it.

no idea why reviews are so negative, this is not a bad hades-like at all. I may be a bit biased, but it really only has one bad save - the platform climb save. the screen transition out of it is insanely, insanely bad and makes it by far the hardest save in the game. the other saves can feel a bit like RNG but it wouldn't be a hades-like without some needle RNG. A/Dtrick is required for a few jumps, but it's nothing too crazy/unreasonable. Infinite Nightmare remix is pretty good and the game doesn't look too bad for a hades-like
