FangameDungeon I avoidance by ouka, made in old-school style, being also more on the easier side. And I must say that I am in mixed feelings about this avoidance.
I definitely enjoyed it more than I thought I would, but it also did annoy me quite a bit.
Let's start with the fact that in a lot of places ouka did a great job in representing song gameplay-wise. The water sections with smooth typical ouka camera are really cool, and are overall fun to do, although sometimes tend to be hard.

The chorus parts are tough to do, but gives enough space for player to actually do something, so it is fun to do.
Strangely enough I also enjoyed star patterns, which ouka really loves to use in their avoidances.
I do not really understand why ouka used in the beginning this: https://youtu.be/_v3FzqjlLhI?t=16 - those are literally 10 seconds of doing nothing. It looks interesting, but not that anything is happening really.
Another thing I do not really like are attacks, which can give you very weird RNG combos. That would include following moments:

Another thing which bothered me were straight line RNG which could be seen here:

I have not gotten unlucky there, but it does look very questionable.
Good thing that ouka used kid's teleportation, which helped a lot in a lot of places. However, why is kid teleported here, again: https://youtu.be/_v3FzqjlLhI?t=120 ? You just need to stay in a position and then doing nothing for like 15 seconds. And then out of a sudden you have intense RNG moment. Really weird.
Final section seems very stressful, but I cannot say much since I first-tried it. But I will admit that it looked way more tight than I would like for it to be. Really.
As you can see - avoidance has its points to shine, but it also has a lot of places, where I am just questioning the design choices.
This whole experience left me baffled. Genuinely, I am not sure if I would like to suggest to try this game out.
If you are ouka game enjoyer or if you specifically find the song appealing, then you might like it. Otherwise, meh. I would probably not recommend.

Fun little anime avoidance. If you're familiar with the gameplay of Marimario's other anime avoidances (eg. the NewGame avoidances) then this is pretty much the same style. Most of the difficulty is learning the patterns (especially the last 30 seconds, which can also give some RNG moments sometimes) but there's a good amount of RNG reading you'll have to do at the start, so if you want to play a pure pattern avoidance, I wouldn't recommend this one, but if you want like 80% pattern 20% RNG then this is good.

Fun fact: The triple diamond at the start is actually possible since this game has that K2 save momentum glitch where you can jump and restart to carry your momentum to completely jump over the triple diamond. You can even jump directly to the warp this way.
Unfortunately the warp just takes you to the start of the room, so there's no "good end" and the only way to clear is to die enough times/wait long enough, then reopen the game.

quaint old game with not a lot going on. you can essentially skip the entire game by transporting yourself to a secret world and beating a few pretty old trap saves and 1 (one) boss. one of the other reviews says how to do that. you could also go the longer way and play the four-stage path by regularly playing the game. either way you get the same clear screen as far as I know. I can't name many games that do this sort of thing, so I suppose it's interesting

Simple calming needle game that isn't very long nor hard but provides a nice experience.

I'm not a needle connoisseur, but this wasn't too bad especially for derusting on needle for the first time in a year. One issue that I do have is that the save balancing was odd at points where you would have one save with a few tricky jumps and then another where its one or two simple ones, but other than that it was alright. happy new year
