The game is a bit difficult. Anyway, I haven't been there. It's very challenging. I hope the author can improve the sound effect and UI. I really like it

This is truly one of the staple Needleventure games that have been made, and pretty much succeeds in most of what it sets out to do. Set in a style similar to a floor game, you have 10 rooms per stage, one save per each, and a boss at the end. Each stage features a few variances from each other, with some of them even including their own special gimmicks. This leads to what feels like a true journey throughout the game, especially due to the various amounts of visual changes that occur.
I do however also think the game has some shortcomings. For one, I feel as if the second half of the game is immediately much better than the first half, it almost seems as if they were made in two separate time periods. Some stages also left a sour taste in my mouth, such as one that requires you to quickly collect a powerup with barely any spare time as leeway. The stage with the spinning objects was also quite more difficult than most stuff, especially the first room itself. Another big issue is the amount of RNG in the bosses, it's pretty much every single one that overuses it, the fights being short is the only thing that saves this from being truly detrimental. To this end, I would say Christmas Deliveries 2 has greatly proven to be a successor and fixes a lot of these issues, so I would still recommend playing it if you didn't like this one.
Overall, I still think this game is truly pretty good, and will always hold up as a good mix between the Needle and Adventure genres. It can be pretty tough at times, but if you walk in prepared you can probably enjoy a lot of it.
