It's what essentially FEELS like a 1.5 minute long "you" avoidance. Yes, that includes the semi-precise patterns and the RNG + pattern combos that you'll commonly see by avoidances from you, and all the good/bad that comes from it. There's a puzzle attack that involves colour that's not very obvious to tell the answer to, which I wasn't a big fan of because the answer to it doesn't make any logical sense to me. Overall I would recommend it if you're a fan of "you" avoidances, and you don't mind learning patterns or dying to bad RNG. It's short enough where if you've never played a "you" avoidance before, then this is a good introduction to his type of avoidances to see if these types are for you or not.
