Made as a secret santa gift to Jqck, updated to version 1.1 yesterday (feb 20th 2023) (better late than never) with several nerfs, along with optional difficulty, and a secret.
Readme has extra commentary, and a changelog is included in the zip file.
I forgot to update the source code link in the readme for v1.1, so here's the v1.1 source code, if you're curious:

For: I wanna take the Memory 2
This is a long game which is pretty standard, there's a few light gimmicks that range from sorta interesting to pretty annoying. I enjoyed it but it's really not great, plus most of the bosses are super boring. The story seems neat and it's clear this game had a lot of passion go into it, which I can respect.
