At first I thought it was impossible, but (maybe) the needle is dropping 0.0002 px per frame, so if it stays on the needle for almost 30 minutes, it should be possible to break through.
I did not actually exceed it, so I don't know beyond that.

Difficulty based on hard mode; easy mode is low 50s.
Overall a pretty fun grind, the variety of gimmicks keeps the game feeling fresh, and I appreciate the aesthetic choices. There's a couple buffed saves compared to the easy mode that had me stuck for a while, but nothing too frustrating. My favorite stage is the last one except for the screen that I screenshot, which is painful on brutal mode
