Probably the best game from Yangshuoen so far, and shows a clear level of evolution from their earlier stuff. It's a somewhat interesting needle game that uses a few gimmicks here and there and in interesting ways. One segment involves placing single jump stars instead of spikes to stop the player, while another gives the kid dotkid for the screen.
The highlight of the game for me is a pretty involved puzzle screen in which blocks toggle on and off based on your single jump, and your double jump. There are two different types, and because of this, you have to be extra creative in how you move through the screen in order to beat it. I think this might easily be yang's peak design so far, and hope they consider making more stuff like this screen. Also, I appreciate the moody atmosphere of the game, as well as the ending, it really did help me take a break.
Would recommend, it's both interesting and fun.

The needle screen seems to lag a little with all the sprites loaded in, same with the clear screen on my end.
You also have to face rapidly moving pictures in your way while platforming / dodging.

Although if you press left while holding right then release the right input, you continue to go right as well.

Pretty bad 25-floor game with 2 separate bosses. There are a lot of issues here, ranging from the standard floor game dilemma of early floors being too boring, to design errors all over the place. One of these big errors comes from an inconsistency between room transition locations, it's always important if the kid leaves one way to make him appear in a logical place on the next screen. The transition between 10 and 11 for example will kill the player if he continues walking in the direction he transitioned with. I also think the final boss needs some serious adjustments, it had way too much health and the bullet outlines were not that visible.
Wouldn't recommend playing it unless you're going for the yangshuoen catalog 100%.

Infinite fangame made in scratch where you jump on a trampoline till the end of time. As far as I can tell, there's no actual clear condition, so I say if you have fun then you've successfully played the game. Also, there's screen wrapping on the sides to make sure you can never fall, we should try to invent this for child safety purposes.

Pretty solid avoidance on the easy side that I enjoyed. All of the attacks are mostly fair, added on to the fact that you can find safe spots for most of them since they are usually consistent with each attempt. One of the main issues this suffers from however is visual design. I wouldn't knock off points for a lack of being "fancy", but I do when there are black cherries being used on a black background, it makes them incredibly hard to see when moving and makes the whole fight a lot more challenging for extraneous reasons.
I'd still however recommend it to beginners thirsty for something to play, the song really helps the sales pitch on it too since it's pretty good.
