Nice beginner game, but I personally wouldn't recommend it for people who have played a lot of games, as it is simply just beginner-friendly needle. Pathing is kind of interesting on a couple of screens, but easily my favourite part, genuinely, is the shrunken save point in the third section of the game. I don't know why, but small saves are always fun to me.
The visuals for the third part are from Chyeri's "I wanna stop crying myself to sleep," and I'm not sure if I should believe the first two segments (which do look fine, by the way) are from some other Neon game, or are original. Regardless, visually this game is fine. The music is pretty much as generic as it can possibly get, but whatever.
A couple of tips to the maker: rename the GameMaker project before making an exe, so that it will have a unique save file rather than showing me my death/time of some other random games I played previously. Also, if you're going to use S saves, please let the player also use the shoot key. It's a nitpick, but it always bothers me when the standard key for shooting doesn't save, but some other, arbitrary key does.

Very good looking visually and also includes a variety of interesting barrage attacks, quite fun to play and i would recommend to anyone who likes barrage avoidance.

Short needle game made by me.
It's never a good idea to make an easy game to 30 or 50 screens,because you will feel impatient as long as you play 20 of them.
Mean to make a beginner-friendly needle game.

Consider these two pieces of info:
This took me less than ten minutes to beat, not because I'm a great player, but because it's not that hard.
This is a basic needle game made up of 16 screens. There's not a single gimmick in the game, unless you consider platforms a gimmick.
Knowing that, how could I ever rate the game this highly? Well, because it's that good!
There's a surprising amount of creativity on display despite being a mere microcosm of gameplay, mainly on a jump by jump basis. There's nothing outrageous, but given the difficulty of the game, I'm just thankful it's as exciting as it is. The save balance is totally screwed, each screen probably being easy enough that just one save would be decent balance, but that doesn't bother me much.
My other issue is that it's too short, that being my biggest gripe. Realistically, though, that doesn't impact my enjoyment of the game. It just means that I want a bigger game out of this creator. I think if they stepped beyond the boundaries of a basic needle game, they could make something really fun and enjoyable. They've already done so here, why not put their energies into something a little meatier?
Nonetheless, this is a great little experience, one I'd personally recommend heavily.
