As far as needle games go, this is quite a good one. Some generic jumps and platforming throughout but there are some interesting jumps also which make it quite fun to play. There are a few traps throughout the whole thing but none of them were annoying to the point where its annoying which is always good. There is a boss at the end that is much harder than any of the needle sections and took me a ton of grinding but finally beat it as I write this. Worth a play if you like needle.

A few screens of traps, then a really weird mini game (endless I believe) where you try to kill the kid with spikes.

It's an OK game, but not really memorable. There's a few things that sort of drug it down for me that had me feeling a little bored while playing it. There's a bunch of buttons in some of the rooms that are either placed in weird spots, or could have easily not existed at all.
The stages also sort of drag on maybe a little too long. This maybe wouldn't be a big problem, but the visuals of the 2 stages are kind of dull for me. There was a moment in stage 2 where you enter a room that looks completely different and looks nice, only to find out that after it you go back to the old looking visuals. Some of the save blockers should be moved slightly to let the player stand right on the block in front of the first jump in the segment. There's also a bit of save imbalance and maybe a bit too much diagonal spam (See the screenshot above).
Not a bad game, but there's a lot of room for improvement here. As an old person I respect that Kyrandia music pick!
