A really really well made metroidvania with a lot of things to do and some very entertaining secrets with some great traps in them. Definitely a must play, as the goods in this far outweigh the bad. The only things frustrating to me were a few of the bosses, which a couple ones ended up just being "reset until you get the free attack.", and as a personal thing it's sometimes helpful to remember what the items I have are for. The game is very good, and if you haven't downloaded and played I reccommend it.

So I was in Stonk's stream and I saw him playing this thinking "this looks cool" (so I played it along with him). Little did I know I had a review for this game when I haven't even played it. So since I wrongly reviewed Kani's game mistaking it for another, here we go.
It starts out with some meme screens and then has a little story of the kids house burning down or something. Then there is actual needle which is really well done, none of it was too hard and was fun to play. It has varying gimmicks from vines to water with a nice minimalist tileset. The end is very sad, and would not recommend if you are a kind hearted person. Would recommend.

Wonderfully put together metroidvania. Para goes into a ton of detail, but basically this is a must-play. There were maybe three things in the entire game I disliked. The game does a superb job of being non-linear while also not being overly confusing. The secrets, while not being the easiest things to find, are never too far out of the way of warp points and are relatively easy to spot. Essentially an easier IDWBA2. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

The fact this game was made to purposely make the player wanna commit suicide, is not an excuse. This game can sometimes be fun, but mainly be trash. If any thing, just move one to the next fangame.

This is essentially a kanji quiz game with some needle segments mixed into one of the stages. If you don't know the language, you can fairly easily brute force your way through screen 30 as it's simple multiple choice up until then. After that, you're required to type answers in kana. These are mostly easy, although question 40 made me feel like a complete retard. I'm not a native speaker, so I'm definitely not a good judge of difficulty, but I was able to get through most of it fairly quickly. However, as it got deeper into the 40s , I ended up spending longer looking up individual words and eventually gave up and watched a video.
I'd recommend this if you want to kill some time and have a hardon for neat ateji.

Relatively short needle game. Pretty fun although the last 2 screens are pretty pointlessly designed since you can go right to the end from the start of them ?
