Still remeber when this game seemed impossible for me years back then, but it was really fun to slowly breaking my previous limit, performing seemingly vicious jump that I gave up. Some jumps cost me 2k or 3k deaths, but I managed to beat it eventually.
I know there aren't that many creative jumps, but it was a fun challenge for a novice like me. Touch saves and some bad aligns still suck btw.

Cleared on easy mode with all secrets.
PDPlayer's oldest still public fangame. It sure isn't great especially for 2013, but I didn't hate it! The whole game is clearly made to mimic Boshy in that it's a very long adventure game with "reasonable volume spiders," push block puzzles, enemy chases, and a very Solgryn-like final boss (including the Solgryn sprite). The final boss is quite a bit harder than any other boss in the game, but thankfully you don't need to do the final platforming phase because the boss has a timed death. There is no actual extra boss, so getting secrets is more for bragging rights than it is for a full clear.
Probably not recommended, but there are certainly worse games you could play.
