Pretty cool needle game where most of the jumps are neat. The only save i really struggled on is the second to last one.

Mostly uninspiring needle. The 3 minispike gate in the last screen was really unnecessary since most of the needle contain jumps that don't require stuff like 1F's. Right after that is a F jump and some corners without a save inbetween for good measure.

A "remastered" and nerfed version of "I Wanna Be A Brute Of A Man" with arguably nicer visuals (outside of the spikes), and easier albeit not much more fun needle design. I was expecting similar yet still standard platforming, but instead most of the nerfs involved slightly moving spikes from their original positions. The save balance is okay until the last stage where it immediately takes a hit on the save with a moving platform; that was the hardest save in the entire game minus the tower (which is not only the hardest section but by far the least fun).
Derf has made many good games, but this is not one I would recommend playing.

Great game for those wanting to get into or learn more about the Needle genre. Very well made fangame with solid level design, good music, and entertaining dialog. I'd find this hard to recommend to some people just because it can be very grindy at times, so you kind of have to be into that sort of thing going into this to get any enjoyment out of it. To those looking to challenge themselves with jumps they might not be comfortable with, this is a good place to learn and practice.

I think playing with different fangame resolutions could bring some really cool ideas to makers, except this one. The needle was really generic and boring, it uses basic engine tiles, the difficulty is unbalanced and overall, it's really unfun. I wouldn't recommend this game
