For: I wanna medley the Idiot's Game

Short and not too hard medley needle game.
Jumps are simple and in some cases even a little repetative.
Graphics are not very creative as well but I don't care too much as "simple" seems to be the style for this game, even the titlecards follow the style. And they actually look kinda slick.
Music is good, it's been stuck in my head over the last couple days.
Overall spike design isn't anything out of the ordinary either.

But, for some reason this game has stuck with me from the day it got released.
Dunno' it's one of the few games that aren't all that good that I still really like regardless.

I decided to play this on the easier difficulty just to make it a little less grindy for myself. It's a pretty long but well made needle game. The first stage of the game was off-putting for me, as the visuals, and music in the area probably don't give off the best first impression. The first stage also had 2 rooms back to back which only had 1 save which almost broke me.

Luckily, this game was one of the rare cases where the game really got significantly better after stage 1. The visuals start to get a bit more developed and the music gets better. The difficulty level of this game is weird in the sense that it's more of a flat difficulty. The game doesn't necessarily get harder as you go farther into it, but there's a few doozy rooms in the home stretch for m that hurt my hands a little bit.

If you like needle games then it's definitely worth playing. Whether you opt to play on the easier difficulty is purely preference, but I don't regret it.
