Honestly, I don't know.
This game has 4 stages themed after 4 popular series originating in Japan: Kemono Friends, NieR: Automata, Touhou Project, and Puella Magi Madoka Magica https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6hOgysWIpw. All the stages are extremely generic needle with themed graphics, though the Touhou Project stage features guest screens by some needle creators which also manage to be generic. After completing the four stages, you get an avoidance boss that could barely be called a boss at all, given it's about 20 seconds long and is way easier than any of the needle screens.
Honestly the atmospheres in each stage are great, but that's the extent of it. If good needle was used in this game and an enjoyable boss was at the end, this would be rated higher.

Got this game during roulette and tried to play it.
As expected, this game's filled with traps and dumb needle stuff, including a screen where you have to weave through cherry circles that would nearly be impossible if there wasn't a cycle that makes it easier to do.
Finally it ends with a generic avoidance put to the song Kagerou Days. The song is good, but the actual attacks were generic cherry and leek stuff that's easy to dodge.

I stopped at the final boss because honestly it wasn't worth it. Pretty generic game with standard tilesets and music, 4 stages with bosses and secrets that open up two final stages with bosses that are tedious and difficult.
Final boss is the 6th cherry boss in the game. First phase has 60 health with 1/2sec invuln and both targeting and rng heavy spray, can be really annoying to play through this phase every time you die. Second phase has even higher health and same invuln time, has sometimes annoyingly precise attacks and even more rng to go with it. Definitely not worth it to try and beat unless you're a masochist for bad content.

It was interesting to play what is the origin of this entire genre of fangames.
To be honest, a lot of screen choices felt lackluster and generic, but it wasn't too bad to turn me away from the game. We see a time before titlecards (or solid ones for that matter) so unless you understand Korean you might not recognize the games that screens were borrowed from. Even with that, some screens are immediately recognizable if you're experienced with fangames.
Each boss references the games which screens were taken from and used in the medley, sometimes feeling poorly thrown together and other times having some sense of organization and good planning. The first three bosses honestly felt very poorly done, but then the stage four and stage five bosses felt a lot more solid and honestly a lot funner.
After fighting through these five stages, you finally reach the final boss, Kamilia. This final boss actually felt like it was on a whole different level from the rest of the game, with amazing and honestly enjoyable attacks, and two phases that managed to build on each other in a way that was actually good. After fighting through the other stages of the game, the final boss was honestly a satifsying way for me to finish off this game.
