Afflict the Mashikaku is one of the darling gems of classic adventure games, and very much one of my favorite fangames. So much about it just shows heart and passion, from the custom-made boss sprites to the interesting stages, it's really what you would want from an adventure fangame.
Everything in the game is full of some healthy fun, never really exceeding too much in a difficult jump. The stages are all unique and include some pretty interesting mechanics, such as a giant screen with coins hidden around it, buttons that change your gravity to be upside down or alternate reality itself, a stage that actually features a boss rush and an actually decent ice stage. The bosses are very much the highlight of the game and are all unique and interesting, some of them range from Touhoe-style attacks, some require shooting targets to damage, and there are even some avoidances and infinite jump segments.
Overall, this is a very good fangame, and I highly recommend it to all Adventurers.

Honestly I have no clue how or why I like this so much, but I really do for some reason. A lot of the gimmicks boil down to things I just never see all too often, and are explored to their nearest full potential, the red/yellow/blue blocks being a highlight. The bosses are also quite fun, and give a good amount of variety so that it doesn't become dull. Confusing yet enjoyable experience.

Awesome game, the gimmick ideas are very good, and the implementations are even better! I've had lots of fun playing most of the stages, they're somehow challenging but not very annoying. The level patterns are almost genious, especially the Bad Apple stage, I loved this one. The bosses are ok, can't call them difficult, but they may cause some challenge for novice. Overall, an amazing and original fangame, definitely worth playing!

Based on 100 % Clear. Really enjoybale and unique adventure with attractive bosses and levels, extra is especially awesome - both maze and black-white stages are ultra-fun. Definetinely recommend this
