Very interesting experience. It's a fun but quite simplistic hard needle game, classic in it's kind. The jumps are made in such a way that takes no complex mechanism, but creates complexity just by virtue of it's apparently simple structures. Many jumps look simple, but are in reality deceitful.
A very interesting game for people looking to get better at high end needle, and a good introduction to FTFA-likes in general. That being said, it also just doesn't do anything all that special for me besides make me think of how complex some simple structures can be, I don't think it's the be-all end-all of precise consistency needle.

Many times, you will see fangames being called "classics" left and right for being old and influential, even though they really don't hold up very well in the modern fangame landscape.
This game is far, far away from that.
In my book, this game is a masterpiece in terms of consistency needle, well deserving of all its acclaim. While short, and visually not very inspiring, the gameplay loop it presents, where you are presented with an imposing looking save, and gradually and noticeably gain consistency over each aspect of it, is done exceptionally well, and never fails to feel incredibly rewarding.
My only complaints with the game would be the relatively unbalanced difficulty (with screen 3 being way too easy and screen 4 being way too hard), but it really doesn't affect the overall experience.
Would totally reccomend.

I quit on screen 4 and then egg was playing it and then I spent 7 hours playing screen 4 and then I beat it. I recall screen 4 is play conditions you to play more faster and looser compared to the previous screens. It was more fun like that and water jump 1 didn't feel like trash.

It's FTFA. You kinda know what you're getting into if you choose to play it. As such, my review is gonna be about my personal experience rather than an analytic description of the game. Note that I cleared without using JTool and have second tried the final jump of screen 4, two things that have undoubtedly affected my experience with the game.
So basically: The drop corner in screen 2 sucks, and screen 1 as a whole is relatively pretty generic and not all that fun gameplay wise, at least for me. Final jump of final screen could definitely also be a problem if you get stuck on it. Otherwise, the game is very good. Jumps feel satisfying to pull off and while a big amount of them does boil into jump jump hold direction, they're sprinkled in with other jumps that do offer more interesting movement, and for a game with this level of precision too much movement complexity could very easily backfire.
All in all this holds up very well, a lot better than many of the other old&hard needle games that came to fame, and is likely going to remain a timeless classic.
