I'm impressed. This game was just the kind of bad that made me like the game, laugh at obvious mistakes, and always keep going to see more. The gameplay is never annoying and it's pretty easy. If a long & bad fangame made me sit, enjoy, and win in one sitting, then you know it's something special.
The actual quality is like 2.5, but because this game is "so bad it's good" I'm rating it higher.

I think if you're looking for something traditionally "good" you very obviously are not going to find that. I think if you're looking for a type of experience only fangames can provide, then you're in the right place. It is so charmingly amateurish and questionable that it wraps back around to being fun. Give it a shot if you have wasp/autofire.
