Really well-made puzzle-oriented fangame with a couple straight platforming sections. Four short stages, each of which has a boss at the end. Each screen uses a different gimmick, and every single one of them is well implemented. There are a few funny traps, and a few generic traps, but there aren't many of them anyway, so it's fine. Cool visuals, nice musics. The bosses are nice, with the second one and the fourth one being quite creative. The restarting music kinda of let me down, but looking past that, there's a great game worth a try. Would recommend.

Probably the best in the series. A fangame with a variety of gimmicks and cool level design except for some parts of the second stage. The bosses were really fun, though I'm not a fan of the second one. The last boss is a great reference to both the previous games of the series and Crimson/Destination. Overall a lot of fun, plus it's not very hard.

This game is very puzzle oriented at times to the point where each screen feels like its own mini-game of sorts. There's a few medley style boss fights taken from the games that the makers produced individually. There some trolls along the way so be warned, by the final Crimson themed area ends with a very cool remix of the 4 fiends mixed with Destination Boss.

In my opinion the first stage was terrible, I really hated the first save which has very awkward alternating spikes near the end, with a trap, and you also have to be very fast. The touch block puzzle save is very annoying, because there are a lot of awkward jumps and drops with inconsistent shooting timings. It's honestly hard to understand why there are traps in puzzle sections, I mean it can be fine if it's used well, but it's bad when you have to redesign the whole path and several awkward jumps add up to the solution.
After that the game gets really fun, I liked all the gimmicks and executions other than a couple traps that doubles your playtime for the save. The final boss was my favorite, I like how you don't have to worry about which to shoot first, but you still have to think how to dodge everything. Very fun boss.

A fantastic entry to the Series Mixture Relay series, SMR 5 is a game with a lot going on, each room feeling like something completely new for the most part. This means that there are a lot of (familiar) gimmicks on display, each being explored to create some cool platforming, and some puzzley stuff. None of the puzzles are very difficult, though it's really cool seeing them. There's one particular puzzle near the beginning with rotating spikes that has a twist that makes it really in depth and super cool, definitely the highlight of the game for me. Another highlight is the final elevator ride, which is a cool "avoidance" section.
The game unfortunately has some weak points. There were a few bits of needle that were slightly too precise, but the balance was mostly good. A big gripe is the handful of end of save traps, in particular a double trap in the crimson stage. I also thought that in general the bosses were a bit weak, being kind of sloggy, and too able to kill you from bad luck.
Overall, the game rises above its weaknesses. Despite those minor complaints, I really enjoyed most of the game. It has a lot of variety on display, and I really enjoyed discovering what each new room would bring. I would definitely recommend this game to fans of adventures with a focus on variety.
