The game which is made made by the same guy who made I wanna Giripossible (well, at least Google translate writes that both 白いヒヨコ and 白いひよこ pronounces as Shiroi hiyoko), and which (if I recall correctly) Reveal Spoiler. The game consists of 4 obligatory stages, which are required for the main clear and which is obligatory in rules of K3 Storm Peak challenge, and of several stages of extra, which I haven't played yet, but if I do clear it, then I will update my review. For now review and ratings are based on normal clear on version 1.45, which I believe is the newest one. This game also has easy mode, but I won't give comparison about it this time, because I haven't played it yet.

As you start you will notice that game has creative stage rush room design, but if you die, you will also notice that game has restarting music, which is a huge problem here and I think sometimes it just gives ruined feeling and just makes the whole experience worse that the game actually is.

I started with upper-left stage, since style of blocks seemed similar to me. Sadly, I started with the worst stage possible. This stage's gimmick is that you have 1 save and you have to clear 2 screens in a row. And the funniest thing is that first 2 screens were also used in Reveal Spoiler. Those 2 screens are pretty easy, but I think more original are some other screens in this area, however this stage is just not even worthy to be chosen in other games, I don't really know what it forgot there. Boss is very easy (I managed to first try it), however quite long and depends also from RNG. Idea is pretty interesting though. If you beat this are, then you may actually start enjoying this game, because I even dropped on this stage, because I found it unfun and unoriginal.

Then I chosen path on the right, and it was quite OK stage. Stage involves several gimmicks with colorful blocks. You will find ice block gimmick, killer block gimmick, several annoyingly-generic and some pretty original traps, and also toggling on and off with triggers blocks. I liked toggling on and off idea and puzzles made from it. I hated some ice block ideas and traps which you have to avoid in weird trajectory. Some traps were original, but I couldn't enjoy it, since restarting music was really annoying here. Also, I think it is one of the hardest stages in the game. Boss, on other hand, was very original and unique. Idea to toggle on and off different blocks to make yourself benefits of spaming was very original and made the whole experience very fun and memorable. My favorite boss in the game.

If you go down and then left you will get to very unusual area. Luck-based area, where you have to guess where to go. It may look quite whimsical, but actually is quite fun. And I wouldn't call that too hard or anything. Boss idea is very unusual. You will have dice man, which you have to shoot and then you have to go to random needle trial. Boss gets harder and harder, so you have to be also quite lucky. Luckily I got pretty easy needle and didn't have many problems, so I could enjoy this boss. Also, thanks, I Wanna Be the Piyopiyo Trap , because otherwise Reveal Spoiler!

The last stage is designed as different standart windows app screens. You will meet Music player, Skype, Card game zone and other. Many of these screens seemed very original and unique especially ones at the end, even though some saves were quite precise, in my opinion, but some traps quite generic and annoying. For the boss, we have... Windows logo! Oh, excuse me! Wondows! Yes, creator called it like that in title. Anyway, boss itself was original and fun. It has quite original layout and unusual set of attacks, even though attacks may seem simplistic. It isn't so hard, even though may seem quite challenging at the end.

And then you have unlocked portal, which leads to the credits, but after that there opens news transition and more content... But that is extra, so what does it means? That review is going to be continue some day...

But for now conclusion! To sum up, this was very quetsionable game. Some segments were very fun, especially most of the bosses, and I liked how gimmicks were built in this game, since it made stages look very unique and fun to play. I disliked idea of upper-left zone and I didn't enjoy several saves on upper-right zone though. Also restarting music is very huge problem and does not make experience more fun. But still, even if you don't play this game because of K3 Storm Peak challenge, I would still suggest this game for anyone to give a chance, unless you are very beginner player (which is the reason to play easy version?). It has fun content to try. Would recommend.

Rating includes extra. Difficulty rating supposedly includes only the main stages (although extra doesn't affect it, really).

A great fangame dictionary example of what means to have great/interesting ideas executed badly in a fangame. Gimmicks and visuals are not so much the deal, although half the times they are generic copy-paste IWBTG trash (the other half is quite interesting, like the hilarious Wondows section). The problem is how gimmicks work, there is a language barrier for English-speaking players, and the extra content is horribly bad. Add to that extras that promise much more content than what they offer with ideas that are literally repeated from the main stages and you have a huge disappointment. Particularly annoying is the upper-left stage that has a save every two screens. "Consistency is what you need then", you might think, until you realize it's a trap game. This is not appreciated at all.

The dice section, the aforementioned "Wondows" section, they're quite decent. The Blocks segment is puzzle-ish from time to time but features annoying traps later on, ruining the gimmick imo. Finally, we have terrible bosses. Again, the ideas are very, very nice, but gameplay is annoying and also not always self-explanatory (you would think that shooting the dice when it has a particular face takes you to that section, but no, it doesn't always do it).

K3 took more than one idea from this game. Not only it featured two screens, but also the dice concept and the infamous Reveal Spoiler. Do you love probability like I do? This is NOT the extra for you. Simple math says that Reveal Spoiler. Just plain bad.

I don't recommend this.

I believe that being fun is the best praise for a game, and this game is indeed fun; however, I recommend lowering your expectations before playing to fully enjoy it.

A rather easy and short fangame which definitely has some charm to it. It has four stages and a couple of extra screens after for fun. Each stage has a simple gimmick and a boss revolving around said gimmick at the end. That is really all there is to the game. It is very simple but that isn't a bad thing, if anything that might make this game a nice breather from the many long and complicated fangames out there.

Also it started the dice mechanic which is pretty cool.

This review is based on a 100% Clear

Simple, but not a fault. PiyoPiyo Trap is a short little adventure game, but in that playtime has some cool, and due to Kamilia 3, iconic ideas. There's really not too much to be said, the PC stage is really charming and cute, especially the "Q" trap, the Square Stage is fun and has one save which is really learny for some reason, the luck stage is funny, and the needle stage is chill. There's also extra, which mostly has the shooting gallery challenge which is cool, and the RNG extra area, which took me way too long! This game will always be decently charming to me, and I'll probably always be somewhat fond of it.

Generic and annoying trap game. There are four areas branching from a hub. The top left is generic needle where you have to do two screens per save. This area is completely forgettable and nothing but an annoyance. The top right is a area themed around killer blocks and switch blocks. This is the best area, but it still suffers from some annoying traps, and the boss is exceptionally awful. The bottom left is the luck area, in which the developer seems to have put about 5 seconds of effort. On screen is a roulette game, and after betting, the game gives you a loading screen and then tells you if you won. I simply don't understand the point of this section if the dev isn't going to put in minimal effort to actually have you play roulette. Additionally, unless I got very weird luck, the answers are actually the same every time, so it's just a pick a path challenge, not actually about getting lucky. It's a shame this area is so low quality, cause it has the best boss, which has the classic gimmick of rolling dice to determine random needle sections you have to do. The bottom right area has some cool ideas, but it suffers from poor design. The solitaire part is eye searingly ugly. The desktop screens look cool, but the entire area suffers from just having unpleasant saves. Overall, I can't recommend this game. The author clearly has the seeds of good ideas, but the hostile game design and general lack of effort in building those gimmicks makes the game unenjoyable.

Rating based only on the main game, Extra is not recommended.

Piyopiyo Trap is the origin of one of the most famous concepts often used in Medley games: The Dice. And of course if you've played Kamilia 3, you know the screens picked in it probably paint the picture of this being a boring needle game. Throw those preconceptions out the window, as this game is way more interesting than the medleys make it out to be, in fact, I legitimately think K3 used the most boring screens out of the entire game whilst basically everything else is actually unique and cool.

Outside of the two screens you know, the ones you don't are pretty awesome. There's one stage that has solid color blocks that make a visually cute stage with some fun segments, as well as a block toggle gimmick that flips different colors on or off. There's one stage based on luck, however, it's not actually that hard with the most crazy being a 1 in 4 chance, plus an actually unique boss that shows off the very first edition of The Dice. Other stages include a casino card themed tileset, and there's even a Windows 7 stage that is awesome, here's a screen from it that might convince you to play this: https://i.imgur.com/Y9nnQMk.png Do be aware that there is a bit of a language barrier at some points, but I think most of it you can pick up pretty quickly anyways without ever needing a video or translation.

This game also contains extra, but as the start of this review mentions, I really don't recommend it. Some of it involves falling down a chute and shooting small targets, with you having to reset if you miss even one of them. There's a long trap segment as well that's more than one screen per save so be warned of that too. And of course, the legendary K3 Luck Crystal is in this too, with a required luck draw harder than 1 in 1000 in order to beat the stage. If you do extra, just be sure to check all the warps before committing, as it's pretty guaranteed to have at least one stage you will hate.

Overall though, the main game is one of the most interesting classic fangames, and probably one of the better things featured in K3, even if it sadly represented it pretty horribly.

Based on 100 % clear. Memorable game with interesting kinky visual and gameplay decisions, a lot of fun traps and epic RNG-breakthrough (Dice is based). EX content was kinda eeeh, didn't really enjoyed shooting stage (because it was hard) as well as bird stage. Grinding 1/1024 was kinda based tho. In general, it was fun, main game is especially mostly banger
