The tileset makes your eyes bleed and the needle is mediocre. After a few screens, it asks you in japanese if you want to escape this world and, depending on if you answer yes or no, it gives you different screens. I chose no and it ended after one screen, I don't know if it's the same for yes, but I don't really care to find out.
