It's a decent but short game. There's a few platforming rooms followed by an avoidance boss at the end that's fairly easy. A few annoying issues for me include the music being set to mono, the saves not activating unless the player stops on them and waits for them to activate, and a few too many sliding spike traps for my liking. Overall though it looks nice and newer players would probably like.

Even though the needle is pretty basic, I can't help but smile when I play this game. It's just really charming, with lots of little jokes scattered around. The avoidance is cool too, and the lives system makes it very approachable, which is good considering it will be many people's first avoidance.
Overall, this is a great way for a beginner to be introduced to needle and avoidance, and it remains a charming experience years after I first played it.
