Enjoyable beginner needle alongside an enjoyable beginner avoidance (with HP!) - what's not to love? The visuals got a bit obtrusive during the platforming, but that's essentially my only complaint. The traps were enjoyable, the platforming simplistic but nonetheless fun, and the avoidance was quite easy but no less fun.

There's a reason this is one of the most popular beginner fangames, and now I know that reason personally.

The music was nice. A few screens of needle before the boss. I liked the avoidance and the HP/hearts given to get thru the avoidance. The visuals were excellent.
