There are 2 different stages, green background and black background.
It starts off with uneventful platforming needle for the green part.
Then you get black stage with some different block obstacles, sometimes working at random to kill or not, which is always a great thing to be aware of.
Demo wall is the last screen from the looks of it, as entioned by Pyure.

Very bland platforming with equally boring visuals. It's apparently unfinished, as the last screen has blocked warps that say DEMO. When you die, the music stops permanently, which is almost a bonus since it's just the default Guy Rock. Would not recommend playing this.
