This game was part of a tournament held by ゆううつ (Yuuutu) where people would mimic the style of various creators, and puzzle decided to mimic 智咲 命 (better known as Rose Gear Guy)'s style. You can download all the games for this tournament over at: https://ch.nicovideo.jp/yuuutu/blomaga/ar731061
As for the game, it starts off with blocks spawning at random every second that never disappear so you can get closed in relatively quick if you aren't lucky enough. After a certain height blocks in lower quantities start to disappear and reappear at completely random locations, and you have to climb your way up without falling all the way down to get to the warp. Once that's done, you win.

Random blocks spawn in a tall room while the rosegear avoidance music plays. It's a solid 1 and a half minutes of entertainment.
