As the game goes on it just keeps making way cooler setups with all the refreshers presented; it gets very hard but the harder it gets, the more satisfying the jumps are. Very fun

Truly one of piece's best work in my opinion, it is really fun throughout the entire game. This game includes varieties of gimmicks implemented into jump refreshers, they have really good mechanics and it has good control. The gimmick I didn't like was the slowdown JRs because they got disorienting sometimes.
Definitely worth a try if you're into gimmicky needle games.

I personally enjoy this game a lot but I do take issues with it, while it's mostly good I think there's some moments where the game feels a little unwieldy. Notably in the second half the combinations of gimmicks can sometimes make the movements you do feel staggered, like you are awkwardly chaining jumps together rather than doing a fluid motion. This isn't always a bad thing but in moments it hinders the game and takes away from the cool ideas some screens have, it also means I preferred the first half over the second half a good bit. I still really like the game though, in spite of some hiccups it's got good mechanics although the slow down gimmick wasn't my thing even if it's funny. Worth a shot if you liked the others in this series.

A gimmick game based around a wide variety of gimmicky jump refreshers that are slowly added across each stage, topped with a final stage with single screens centered around a single gimmick jump refresher.
I like the visuals and tilesets, especially the final stage visuals.
The screen design is on average very good; there's several gimmicks like high gravity and slowdown, that could have been abused to force very precise jumps, but they're used judiciously for a great experience. The game also avoids the common pitfall of jump refresher chains with overly precise jump timings to keep height/momentum. There's a couple screen transition ambushes on stage 2, and a few saves with an unnecessarily hard needle jump right at the end or beginning of the save, which takes away from the gimmick gameplay (most notably last save of stage 2 and final stage purple screen first save).
Overall I enjoyed it a lot, it struck the right balance of gimmick, needle and grindiness. It's not my favorite of the pieceofcheese gimmick trilogy (Jungle Adventure is), but it's up there with them, albeit definitely the hardest of the three. Solid recommend for any experienced gimmick enjoyers!

It was pretty fun and unique overall. I really like most of the concepts (a lot of variations of refreshers, that are exploring some known gimmicks but in the new way) that game used, maybe aside of the couple of annoying saves, that were slightly over-precised i would say. In general, this was awesome needle with strong gimmick core and some entangled pathing and maneuvers, couple of really memorable saves as well. Pretty cool stuff, can easily recommend
