Visuals in the first stage were terrible (and not great in the third stage either). The platforming was generally good, with a nice mixture of short and long saves, though tending towards the shorter side. I feel like I got lucky on the one-save screens.

Consider checking this out if you are comfortable with low-frame jumps and harder needle.

Competent needle overall, I don't know if the first stage is worse than the rest or if I started enjoying the game more while playing but the late game felt way more enjoyable, I was especially a fan of water use of the last stage. Stage 5 also has a banger music.

The needle design in this game is a little strange but it works, has a pretty big variety of saves and sticks to stuff you can do in JTool. The variety throughout the game is nice and the needle design is quite unconventional which makes it interesting to play, every screen feels like something a bit different. I think the first stage is by far the hardest one, so it might deter someone from playing the game, but after that it's much smoother.

It actually turned out to be a pretty good game.It has its disadvantages, and many advantages. To begin with, the music chosen is gorgeous and iconic, and in each stage, as in the title screen.The tone is set very correctly and dark, somewhat depressingly tuning.
Each stage consisting of 5 screens has essentially the same structure. 1 screen is vines, extra jumps, water.2 The screen is 32 pixels.3 screen ,this is a no-save screen,4 screen uses miniships.5 the screen absorbs essentially everything, mini spikes,water,vines, platforms, anything.
The main theme is low jumps and accurate, with short saves.But there are also long saves with medium ones.
If we analyze the stages themselves, then the most unsuccessful for me is the first, because of the visual effects and the 3rd stage, which is also not very successful in the color palette, plus in my opinion the most unbalanced in terms of checkpoints. In addition, he literally asks you to use the cancellation of the jump in a couple of moments, which is quite strange for such a complexthe complexity of the game as a whole.
The 2nd stage is quite beautiful and strong, close to the 1st and 3rd stages in terms of the subject itself.
But 4 and 5 are gaining momentum and are becoming much better than anything that was before.
They differ somewhat in terms of the balance of complexity for the better, they are also more aesthetic, beautiful, and quite variable in jumps, and in the geometry that creates these jumps from shapes.The music here accurately conveys the mood and theme
It turned out to be a very strong and good game, you should not evaluate it based on what you will see at the very beginning
