A needle game with pleasant environments and music, interesting yet not overley precise jumps, and good pacing and balance, except for a few segments. Good job, would recommend playing. There's some cool stuff here.

Wasn't expecting much when I came into this, thought it would just be a meh needle game at most, but I was surprisingly wrong. The game has 3 "stages" if you would even called it that to find gold. The difficulty curve is consistent and the the needle is unique. Only complaint I would give (which is more of a nip pick) is I wish some parts of the game were animated but considering this is the guys first game, it's not a huge deal and what is here is good enough. Would definitely recommend for a short but fun needle experience. The music is nice too.

The kid is on a journey to find gold! To do so, he has to surpass many a sharp spike.
This is a really good first game. The needle itself is pretty fun. Some bits I didn't like (long moving platform section, certain jumps) but those are personal peeves of mine.
The music was appropriate and gave me nostalgia, and the visuals were mostly pleasing.
This certainly isn't a game for beginners, but if you're starting to get into harder stuff, this is a great game to try.

-Visuals were quite static. It's amazing what just a little bit of movement, animation or glam could do to give your game some life. As a first project, these aren't things to really worry about, but if you were to improve this game in any way, I'd suggest that as a starting point.
