Short needle with a difficulty choice that modifies the layout of spikes in the room, screen 1 can always be skipped for some reason.
BAKA mode (not cleared) should be skipped as it is way harder than the other difficulties

Rating based on Normal, which the game classifies as Hard after you choose it. There are only 3 screens, and they're all fairly easy. I didn't play through Very Hard mode, but as inferno said, it adds more spikes and looks like it ramps the difficulty up quite a bit. For whatever reason, there's a portal at the start of the game that allows you to completely skip the first screen.
