Despite the memey name it's actually a fun, competent needle game. Three areas with graphics representing a day/night cycle and progressive difficulty. Uses vines and jump refreshers. You can turn off the screen tilt in stage 3 with S. Give this a shot.

First two stage is fine, but the third stage is only recommended to K3 M-stage lovers.
The difficulty of needle is only like 45, the wiggly camera really elevate it!

The core gameplay is a solid, fairly short needle game with mostly shorter saves with a couple pretty precise jumps built around vines and jump refreshers. The first stage looks clean and good but the visuals get progressively more annoying. The visuals in stage 2 look good but create some visibility issues and the visuals in stage 3 are just bad. The screen static is annoying, the screen tilting is just stupid (and if not for Baron's comment that S turns it off, I'd probably not have bothered) and the spikes blend into the background a lot.
There's definitely a lot of potential with the effects but I felt like they just needed be thought out better.
